Hello everyone and a big welcome back to another exciting year! Just before we get going properly tomorrow – and at the risk of venturing into sharing holiday slide territory – what were the favourite moments from your summer holiday? I have put together a short (I promise!) slideshow of favourite memories from my time away, but what did you enjoy the most?
I’d love to hear what you all did during the summer, so please comment on this post and tell me all about it. I’m looking forward to reading them already…
I’ve not had the chance to get out and about too much today, so I thought I would share a photo from my summer holiday. Taken from (literally) behind my rod rest on an evening’s sea fishing, this is a view of St Michael’s Mount in Marazion, Cornwall. Beautiful, serene and, for me, summer in one photo
Holidays always seem to come around so quickly, don’t they? At Westwood we have had another enjoyable and productive term and I am not surprised that the children are so tired, they should feel proud of what they have achieved.
After so much rain and bad weather I would like to wish you all a dry and thoroughly enjoyable half term with your families. I will very much look forward to seeing you all back again for Term 4 on Monday 24th February. Have fun, whatever you do!
